How Wellspring Minds Helps

Where Thinking Changes Everything

You May Be Here Because…

As a cognitive development strategist in Spring, TX, I focus on enhancing mental processes and structures that create stable homes, financial stewardship, and effective leadership environments. Through my methods, I empower parents, educators, caregivers, and leaders to rebuild their cognitive frameworks, ensuring environments they lead are disciplined and generationally strong, echoing through families and communities.

You and/or your child struggles with learning, focus, or problem-solving.

Your family wants to build healthier financial habits.

You are tired of reacting to stress and want better decision-making tools.

You want to pass on wisdom, not just wealth.

You are an educator or professional who wants Feuerstein training.

…But the Answer Begins with Metacognition

When thinking strengthens, lives shift. When lives shift, environments change. When environments change, generations are impacted. With the right cognitive tools and structured pathways, you can move from reacting to circumstances to becoming the one who shapes the path ahead. And when you do, the impact extends far beyond you. It extends into your family, your workplace, and your community. This is the work of Wellspring Minds.

Potential is a wellspring, but capacity is what gives your thoughts a path to follow.

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

Why Choose Wellspring Minds

We don’t lower expectations in the face of challenges. Instead, we focus on strengthening capacity. Just as disciplined habits yield results over time, cognitive abilities grow through intentional cultivation, structured thinking, and purposeful guidance to rise and meet them. Your legacy isn’t what you leave FOR them. It’s what you leave IN them. We’re always building capacity for thinking that begins within and ripples outward.

The Mind and Money Alignment

Within the Wellspring Minds framework, the inner place where intention, reasoning, and values take shape is understood as the source of our choices. Human behavior consistently shows that our resources follow our deepest priorities, revealing the internal patterns that guide how we decide. In cognitive terms, the way we allocate our time, money, and energy exposes what we hold as most significant, and our financial patterns become reflections of the internal structures that shape our thinking and decision-making.

Wellspring Minds brings your core priorities and practical resources back into alignment by restoring clarity to your systems and easing the mental weight that gathers when those systems need more support. When clarity returns, behavior shifts, systems stabilize, and legacy becomes possible. Sometimes the support we need shows up in our thinking patterns, our financial routines, or both, and Wellspring Minds is designed to meet you wherever that need emerges.

Testimonials

Hear from the amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of serving.

Francis Chan says, “God has allowed hard things in your life so you can show the world that your God is great and knowing Him brings peace and joy, even when life is hard.” This quote touches on a journey my 23-year-old son accomplished when working with Theresa. We began this adventure with expectations of changing or modifying one less-than-stellar behavior. He collaborated with her for 12+ weeks to do “hard” things, and behavior at home began to improve. Certain weeks they conquered hard topics/behaviors, and he never shared them with us. Then on the other days, his time spent with Theresa was brilliant, and we spoke for extended periods. This is where the “joy” came to our home. His growth during this season was exponentially noticeable. My son and Theresa did work on hard things. Various issues were like a head-on collision with remarkable success, and others led them down a jagged path. He feels proud of what they accomplished. As a parent, I am extremely proud of him and very thankful to Theresa. God puts people in your path to walk alongside you to assist you in overcoming hurdles. I thank God for Theresa.
After my education was interrupted, I spent years feeling behind and alone, unsure how to bridge the gap between myself and the world around me. Working with Theresa helped me rebuild the thinking skills I never had the chance to develop, and she did it with patience and without judgment. As things began to click, I started understanding how ideas connected, and my confidence grew. Today, I value my own experiences, enjoy life beyond four walls, and feel proud that I can help my grandchildren with their schoolwork while learning alongside them the things I once gave up on.
Before I met Theresa, I was living paycheck to paycheck. I wanted a better life for me and my daughter, but I felt stuck repeating the same habits without knowing how or why. Theresa helped me understand why I kept hitting the same barriers and taught me how to think past them on my own including showing me that numbers were a thinking modality I had never learned to use. Once I could finally connect the dots, literally, I began seeing clear steps instead of feeling lost. After the Money and Mindset workshop, I started paying attention to my patterns, making different choices, and even saving toward a car. More than that, my whole perspective shifted. I finally believe that if I can see the next step in my mind, no matter what I'm doing, I can take it.
The ACT Prep Class was such a beneficial tool for my teen. From the first class to the last, I watched his confidence grow and his practice tests improve each time. After test day, he immediately told me how grateful he was that he had the strategies to pull from. We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in the course, and we will definitely be reaching out again when my daughter is ready for her test.
