Your Path to Financial Peace
As a cognitive and family financial strategist, I help parents and educators become effective mediators and intentional leaders. By connecting technical financial strategies with cognitive development, I help individuals build a legacy that extends far beyond the present moment and moves them toward lasting financial peace.
For years, I have worked at the intersection of complex systems and human potential. From managing financial administrative systems for nonprofits to coaching families through Ramsey’s Baby Steps framework and completing Dave Ramsey’s FCMT training, I discovered a consistent truth:
You cannot bridge the gap between where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow without first expanding your Cognitive Capacity.
When a mediator stands between a learner and the task, a mind changes
For years, I’ve worked at the intersection of complex systems and human potential. Whether managing financial administrative systems for nonprofits or coaching families through the Ramsey (FCMT) framework, I noticed a consistent truth:
You cannot bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be without expanding your Cognitive Capacity.
Most people try to solve life’s challenges by changing the math or the curriculum. At Wellspring Minds, we change the thinking.
As a Certified Feuerstein Standard I Trainer and Family Financial Strategist, I help parents and educators become “Master Mediators.” I bridge the technical with the cognitive to build a legacy that lasts.
Reuven Feuerstein Practitioner
With extensive experience in executive office and financial administration, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, structure, and strategy. Managing finances and operations required precision, accountability, and forward thinking. I bring that same disciplined clarity into my work in cognitive development. Inspired by Feuerstein’s research, I focus on intentional mediation that builds cognitive skills, confidence, and relational influence.
My approach empowers those who influence others—from parents and caregivers to teachers and organizational leaders—to create meaningful and generational impact. At Wellspring Minds, I believe that when individuals strengthen their minds, they strengthen every environment they influence.
Where Capacity Aligns With Legacy
Modeling
You become aware of how your thoughts have been shaping your choices.
Mediating
You reshape those patterns in real time, choosing responses that support who you’re becoming.
Managing
You create internal coherence bringing your thoughts, emotions, and actions into purposeful alignment.
Mentoring
You lead from overflow, offering others the clarity and capacity you’ve cultivated within yourself.
My Mission
Cognitive Capacity as the Foundation of Legacy
At the heart of my mission is the belief that capacity shapes legacy,
which is why the Wellspring Minds Alignment moves from
modeling to mediating, managing, and mentoring with purpose.
Whether you’re leading a family or a learning environment, you
serve as the headwaters for those who follow. I help you remove what’s in the way and
create the channels that let your potential move freely and with purpose.
The wellspring is already within you. Our work is
to cultivate the capacity to guide it toward a legacy of peace by
Rebuilding the Thinker, Restoring the Momentum, and Strengthening Stewardship.
My Mission
Cognitive Capacity as the Foundation of Legacy
At the heart of my mission is the belief that capacity shapes legacy. The Wellspring Minds Alignment framework guides individuals from modeling to mediating, managing, and mentoring with purpose.
Whether you lead a family, classroom, or organization, you serve as the headwaters for those who follow. I help you identify obstacles, strengthen your mindset, and create a clear path for your potential to flow freely and intentionally.
The wellspring is already within you. Our work is to cultivate the capacity needed to guide that potential toward a legacy of financial peace by Rebuilding the Thinker, Restoring the System, and Strengthening Stewardship.

My Identity
I am not a coach—I aim to be more than just a budget consultant. I aspire to be seen by Ramsey clients as a strategic partner and by parents as structured but approachable. I want educators to regard me as a cognitive and systems-driven consultant. In five years, I hope to be known for rebuilding thinkers and systems rather than simply assisting with budgeting or tutoring. My primary goal is to reach adults while providing mediation for youth.
When thinking strengthens, lives shift. When lives shift, environments change. When environments change, generations are impacted. With the right cognitive tools and structured pathways, you can move from reacting to circumstances to shaping outcomes. And when you do, the impact extends far beyond you. It extends into your family, your workplace, and your community. This is the work of Wellspring Minds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do financial coaching to work with you on cognitive development?
No. While I often use financial systems as an instrument for growth, the Cognitive Enrichment Channel is a standalone service. I use Feuerstein’s cognitive tools in combination with other research-based practices to create a comprehensive, transformative learning experience.
What is a Mediator and why do I need one?
In the Feuerstein Method, a mediator stands between a learner and a stimulus to help them connect information into meaningful patterns. You are already a type of mediator for your children or students. My role is to mediate you by expanding your capacity to think strategically so you can more effectively lead the next generation.
I’m an educator; is this just for the classroom?
The wellspring of cognitive growth is personal first. When you refine your own cognitive and executive functions, like precision and comparative thinking, you naturally become a more effective leader and professional. The bridge to the classroom happens organically once your own cognitive channels are clear.
Can my spouse and I go through a channel together?
Absolutely. In fact, for the Financial Legacy service, having both parents on the same page is the fastest way to clear the debris. Building a shared cognitive language and a unified financial system creates a much stronger stream for your children to follow.
What is your approach to mediating financial literacy?
I work on learning, teaching, and strengthening Ramsey inspired approaches with personalized strategies and integrating Feuerstein inspired methods. While there are actionable steps for managing debt, budgeting, and savings for those seeking ways to build wealth, blending other cognitive strategies can enhance individual long-term financial goals.
This matters because financial literacy is not a natural process for most brains; many individuals, especially those who never learned money habits in an explicit, systematic, and cumulative way, will not learn to build wealth and give well through exposure alone. Intentionally strengthening cognitive limitations makes the concept of financial literacy visible and teachable, giving learners reliable tools to grasp complex financial concepts and apply them effectively to real life challenges (like impulsive spending control). This audit helps clients shift from limiting beliefs to expanded potential.
Is this just for people who are "struggling"?
No. My work is about Capacity. As a stream gains strength when directed with intention, so does a mind or household. Together, we shape the path where your potential can create its greatest impact.
Does Wellspring Minds offer professional training?
Yes. I provide webinars and professional development and utilize the Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment (FIE) training for teachers, clinicians, parents, therapists, and other professionals wanting to become certified mediators. FIE training is offered in Standard 1.
“Whether you are seeking financial clarity or purely cognitive enrichment, the goal remains the same: to ensure the wellspring of your potential finds its most impactful channel.”
The Intention Behind Every Decision
Whether your focus is financial clarity or cognitive growth, the intention remains unchanged:
To guide the wellspring into its highest potential.
